This is the only dentist my children have ever been to. I've heard good things but it has always struck me as a factory. There is a room there which i've thought of as the torture chamber as in the past I've heard children screaming in there. Today, it was my son who was in that room. The dentist did not prepare my son, nor me, well for the procedure, he was not numbed well enough to have received the painful novacaine shots and as my son was screaming in pain they held him down and continued to "torture" him. It was a horrific and traumatic experience for my son. As he cried and tried to recover from the shots, the dentist threatened him with putting him in a strapped harness; then proceeded to tell him "You've talked enough. It's my turn to talk. I am the adult in the room." I was appalled at the disrespect this practice had for my son, for me and others I've seen in there before. Needless to say, we did NOT proceed. I left and took my files with me.

This office is terrible. They claim their staff is certified, but they are not! The Dr.s are very frazzled from this busy environment. They must see 80 patients a day. I definitely felt like I was a number and pushed out the door. I was not impressed with the cleanliness. The assistant was touching her hair with the gloved hands that went into my child's mouth! The Dr. wore the same mask when she saw each patient and handled her face. Gross! I wonder who regulates dental clinics and it makes me very nervous. I know money is a priority here, NOT good care.
