Such a horrible experience working with this company. They were a subcontractor at our home. At one of their stops to change/clean the john, they missed our house and turned around in a neighbor's driveway. That neighbor lives about 30 feet away from a cross street and their driveway is up a bit of a steep hill. As Don's Johns was backing out, they gashed our neighbor's driveway - 3 feet long and 2 inches deep. After a full year of non-response and broken promise to replace the section of destroyed driveway, I'm leaving this review to warn people that Don's Johns has no respect for your or neighboring properties and will not make good on their promises.
