I received the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. the gal who cut my hair hacked it. Told her I wanted it cut, short in the back, with body, especially on my sides. After cutting haphazardly, she dried my hair with a comb, leaving it flat and plastered to my head. Adding insult to injury was finding out this is nothing but an expensive Hair Cuttery. A huge disappointment...not a place I will support or visit again.

I have been to this shop a total of 3 or 4 times now. I thought it best to go a few times to give an accurate review. I must say that I am well pleased with the service that I have received at this Bubbles. The shop was recommended to me by a friend of my sisters who now resides in a different state but once worked for Bubbles. She was certain I would be pleased with Bubbles. I made my appointment and completely at random had my hair done by Yuri. I am completely pleased, have stuck with her and intend to stay with her. I feel she is a knowledgeable stylist who is very skilled in her field. Each of the three times I have been to her I have been immensely pleased with the result. She has recommended product, but it was not pushed on me at all. The products she recommended were products I very much needed for my hair. They have really "whipped" my hair into shape and I love it! Yuri is always careful to give me exactly what I want. I am quite pleased! I fully recommend this Bubbles.

I have been going there for over a year now- every two months or so for cut and color....Yuri and the staff are awesome- always courteous and knowlegable...fantastic work!

Caution, I have been to this salon three times with inconsistent service and pricing. The most recent experience dealing with the manager was disappointing. I was quoted one price over the phone for a coloring, was increased $10 when I arrived, and then an additional $60 at time of check out for an undisclosed service of color. I was pushed for a hair cut and blow dry (for a fee) which wasn't needed. To summarize, the highlights/coloring quality was poor and had to be re-done resulting in my hair breaking off.

i recently went to the new bubbles in gainesville, i have been to the one by the super target in gainesville and have been please int he past, but got tired of the crammed space very fast, also the wait time, and occasional new stylist not knowing what they were doing. My daughter and I used to go to one of the senior stylist there, but were happy to see that one of the old bubbles stylist is now at the new one. She is young and fashonable and seems to really love what she does. The atmosphere when you walked in was calm and relaxing. My stylist was so nice and helpful to the other hairdressers. i soon learned she is the new manager. We left so happy with our new looks, and left with products that didnt feel they were forced on us. the other girls were so nice, if my stlist wasnt around they asked me if i was doin alright and if i needed anything. I really enjoyed my experience and will recommend to anyone.
