I have been going to Bella Nail Boutique for over a year now. All of the technicians do an excellent job and the prices are more than reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Today, I went to Bella Nail for a pedicure/manicure. I am a regular customer. I have always had a decent pedicure/manicure there, and today was no exception. My issue, was they have a large screen TV and the only thing we could watch was the Aljazeerah network. The lady next to me complained and so did I. The employees said they had no choice and couldn't change it! This was not acceptable! I want to go back but will not if that is what they will be showing!

I was very pleased with Bella Nail Boutique! I walked in without an appointment and was able to be pampered with a manicure and pedicure. Natalie was my Tech. The prices are very reasonable! I am looking forward to returning next week!

Nice salon, fast service, good manicure and pedicure. Reasonable price. Definitely a very good choice for the Gainesville area. I will go back.

I heard the old owner retired and it's now under new management. The new girls there are wonderful. Speak good English and understands my needs. They are friendly and did a great job on my manicure and pedicure. I have found a great place and wanted to introduce.

Jun 12 Bella Nail Boutique sold to new owner. They are well know English speaking and very good customer services. Those people are young and understanding of customer needs.

I had a complaint about the nail tech bruising my calves during a pedicure. The manager just put me with one of the girl techs. The next time I went in to Bella Nail Boutique them man that I previously complained about was the only one there. He assaulted me during the pedicure and made me feel extremely unsafe. I had to go to court and he was found guilty and fined. He still works there today. Most of the other techs there are great. I do believe that they have very poor management and wouldnt suggest anyone go there.
