We started going to Crestwood after my father's company changed insurance companies. I hated going there because it seemed so impersonal. They would ask me over and over to tell them what happened like they didn't trust me and expected me to change my story. No matter what I went in for I had to get blood work for juvenile arthritis. In the end we left becuase they charged us before submitting an insurance claim, which had never happened before and even the insurance company said that Crestwood had been wrong. I would never recommend Crestwood Pediatrics because the people are so impersonal and only care about the money.
