After looking at the advertised Bare Minerals packages i ask for assistance to see what color shade would best fit my complexion. The associate seemed a Little put out by my need of her pulling power sample to try on my skin. i asked for Urban mascara, I had a 3.50 coupon from my magazine ,she promptly told me i couldnt use it towards this products, she said the only certain products are covered .I made a hand gresture and i guess the coupon hit her arm !! which i didnt realize ! I said i guess i can l leave the coupon at the counter for someone else to use.I went to check out and pay for products ,she came up to the register in front of the clerks & customers and she said next time you come in here dont hit me with the coupon ,surprised i ask what she was talking about, she said i hit her arm with the coupon ! Really have you seen the thin paper.Your store lost a $38.00 sale from this girl. Very poor customer service and sales associate with weird coupon issues. Ill go to Buford.
