Northeast Georgia Heart Center is a team of highly skilled board certified cardiologists providing services in consultative cardiology, electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, heart failure/transplant and advanced cardiovascular imaging. Our physicians form the core of the cardiovascular team at the #1 heart hospital in the state of Georgia for cardiovascular care. Our team of cardiologists provides services at hospitals from Atlanta to north Georgia and offices across 10 counties. We provide specialized expertise to accurately diagnose and treat a wide range of heart and vascular conditions. Our physicians perform some of the most advanced therapeutic procedures in heart disease management, including complex coronary, carotid, and peripheral vascular intervention, ablations for atrial fibrillation and other arrhythmias and transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), a new FDA approved procedure. The research team at NGHC offers many opportunities for patients to participate in national and international trials assessing therapies that are otherwise not available.
