- Primary CareIf your insurance is an HMO/managed care plan and you are required to obtain a referral from your primary care physician, the referral must be obtained before you can be seen for an office visit. Please coordinate this with your primary care physician in advance. Appointments will be rescheduled if required referrals are not received in the office by the time of your visit.
- Emergency CareIn the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call medical emergency services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Georgia Pain Management and Diagnostics and they will contact us.

- UltrasoundOn-site ultrasound equipment is beneficial for the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal pain and disorders. Fluoroscopy is used to diagnose a variety of spinal conditions and provides not just a picture, but also a real-time moving image of what’s happening inside your body.

- BotoxWhen your care requires a procedure, Dr. Herndon is triple-board certified in a variety of pain management techniques. From epidurals to steroid and Botox injections, you will benefit from not having to travel to the hospital for procedures. With advanced monitoring equipment and skilled staff onsite, we complete as many procedures as possible here in the office. When indicated, more advanced techniques may be completed on an outpatient basis at Northeast Georgia Medical Center’s ambulatory surgery center.
