- Traffic ViolationsRobert was admitted to the Georgia bar in 1985 and was thereafter admitted to the bars of the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. He is a 1973 graduate of the University of Georgia and a 1984 graduate of Woodrow Wilson College of Law. During his more than 35 years of practice, he has litigated numerous criminal cases ranging from speeding to capital murder. In the civil arena, Mr. Chandler has litigated in the State and Superior Courts, United States District Courts, and Magistrate Courts. He served as City Attorney for the City of Flowery Branch, Georgia from 1999 - 2005. Mr. Chandler is presently "of counsel" with the firm.

- MisdemeanorsPrior to joining Fox Chandler, Margaret Anne interned with the Office of the Executive Counsel for Governor Nathan Deal and with Superior Court Judge Lawton Stephens in Athens-Clarke County. In law school, she was a student practitioner at the Family Violence Clinic, where she represented underprivileged clients in domestic matters. She also worked as a student practitioner at the Athens-Clarke County Solicitor General's Office, where she assisted in the prosecution of all state misdemeanor crimes.

- MurderA native of Niagara Falls, New York, Ted is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University and earned his law degree from John Marshall Law School. He was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2007. After receiving his Juris Doctorate, Ted served as Assistant District Attorney for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit in Hall/Dawson Counties from 2007-2010. Ted joined Fox, Chandler, Homans, Hicks & McKinnon in February 2010. Ted is an experienced attorney in the areas of criminal litigation, personal injury law and divorce/family law. During his time in the District Attorney's Office and in private practice, Ted has handled every kind of criminal case from speeding cases to capital murder. In addition to his regular practice, Ted serves as the Solicitor for Lumpkin County Probate Court and has served as a board member for the Children's Center for Hope and Healing. Ted and his wife Beth are the parents of a son in elementary school.

She served as a part-time trial judge in Hall County State Court for six years and was an administrative law judge with the Georgia Office of State Administrative Hearings for six years. Catherine received both her undergraduate and law degrees from Georgia State University.
