Hall County Karate offers training in traditional Japanese Karate. We teach a style named Shito-Ryu, which is one of the oldest styles in Japan, and is still among the most popular. While traditional styles focus on teaching self-defense, Karate instruction provides many other benefits. For adults and children, Karate can be a fun physical activity, build confidence and self-esteem, and foster self-discipline.
