The Community Service Center, also known as CSC, offers emergency assistance and health and wellness promotion solutions. It supports the Meals on Wheels program, which serves more than 450 senior citizens annually. Established in 1970, the center organizes various recreational and entertainment activities. The Community Service Center also provides psychotherapy and individual and group counseling solutions. The center offers a parenting program and home-based family support services. It has a senior life center and provides public transportation solutions. The Community Service Center offers educational solutions on topics related to home management, nutrition, budgeting, and health and safety. The center is governed by the City of Gainesville in Georgia.
