My experiences must be totally different for the other reviewer here. 90% of the time I am unable to find the particular book that I am looking for. Several times, the staff have been extremely rude to me and got a little "huffy" when I asked them to look something up in the computer for me. Most of the staff seem to be teenage/young adult "goth" fanatics who are just there to get a paycheck (as opposed to "earning" a paycheck) and chat with their friends from outside the store. Management would do well to "clean house" at this store and hire people who have a passion for books and enjoy helping people.

When I need literature such as, books or magazines, I can rest assured they will have exactly what I am are looking for. With prices that are competitive to the supermarket or drugstore chains for example. They have a staff that knows their business and are friendly and courteous.
