The worst management of labs/tests. Lost mine, THEN RAN THE WRONG LAB and just forgot to draw some of my 5yo. So, 5yo had to go back for additional lab draws. WTF!! Don't get me started on the 2 hour wait! Worst lab ever!! Doesn't matter though cause insurance will pay for it all.

Having moved to Gainesville, I had to find a lab closer to home, since my Dr's office is in Belleview. I had had some bloodwork done by Qwest before, so I figured they were pretty reputable and close. Have called them for the past month, at least three times a week trying to schedule an appointment. No luck at all. At first, you would get the answering machine asking you to leave your name and number and they would call you back. Now all you get is mailbox is full. Still no return phone call from them. Very unprofessional for a lab that is used by many doctors at UF.
