- English Breakfast$4.00Our classic take on the time-less English breakfast tea. This artisanal tea is exclusively blended in our shop using predominately our mokalbari east assam with a dash of tea from the kaporet estate in kenya. The results of these two teas give a robust mellow brew, that handles milk and sugar well, and is perfect for, well, breakfast!
- Evening Blend$4.00Combination of rooibos and honeybush. Both are caffeine free, and would have a faint vanilla caramel sweetness to them.
- Grapefruit Earl Grey$4.00Earl grey and grapefruit together to make a citrus blend. Its a twist on a traditional classic.
- Orange Blossom Oolong (Oolong Tea)$4.00A lightly oxidized un-rolled taiwanese oolong, flavored with the highly perfumed orange tree blossoms. These sweet tangy blossoms provide a nice compliment to the toasted nutty tastes of a good oolong. With just a touch of orange essence oil added, it is easy to imagine one is drinking tea in a florida orange grove in mid-spring.
- Tropical Pomegranate Blend$4.00Mix of white pomegranate with some hibiscus to give it a pink/red hue. It lessens the sweetness of the pomegranate and adds a little tropical astringency to it. High in antioxidants for those that are keen on that.
- Chamomile (Herbal Infusion)$4.00This chamomile is grown in egypt where it is readily drunk for its calming benefits. Named for its slightly apple taste, chamomile is one of the oldest drinks. The advantage to infusions over traditional teas is that they often contain no caffeine. We enjoy our chamomile before bed time. Good with honey or sugar.
