Howard W. Bishop Middle School is a public, coeducational school that offers educational and enrichment programs to students in grades seven and eight. It offers courses in various subjects, including English, foreign languages, math, science and social studies. It also offers technology, and physical and language acquisition and development programs. The school also provides the English as Second language program, physical and business education, and gifted and talented education. It also provides music courses, such as band and chorus. The school also has a library and media centers with a large collection of books, electronic resources and Internet access. It also offers athletic programs and various extracurricular activities.
