We hired Family pool to design a pool for our backyard in August. From sales to service, the people were absolutely amazing. Our sales representative created an individual design for our pool and went over all of the options for equipment and finish choices. The process was very smooth. Our pool was ready to swim in 8 weeks. Each step of the process was very smooth and we were always informed. Even after the pool was completed, there were a few odds and ends that needed to be fixed. The service staff was prompt and completed these tasks. They are great to work with and we recommend to friends.

I purchased a pool during the summer and felt really good about it. Good people, very knowledgeable about water testing and maintenance.

Poor cust relations. I got a spa from neighbor for free. I went to purchase chemicals from store was askied if I purchased spa from them said no but my neighbor who bought new got from them. Then I was sarcasticly asked did I buy a used spa from them by a man with bad teeth. For some reason I am still asking my self I purchased $150 in chemicals despite comments. two weeks later the pump went out I took it to them and asked to get rebuilt or repaired. I was then told because I did not purchase spa directly from them new or used they would not repair pump and to take some where else. I guess they have too much business to bad because in a year or two we were looking to purchase a below ground pool and have it screened in if I had good service. Im the type that will spend a few more bucks if taken care of.

I have only purchased spa supplies from them but have had service calls and have been very pleased with the work and the price.

We bought an above ground pool from them while waiting to close on our house--there was a special going on when we bought it and we were told by the assistant manager that if "for whatever reason" we decided not to purchase the pool we could get a FULL REFUND. Well, unfortunately the sale of our house fell thru and the house we actually bought already had a pool so when we took our receipt in to get our refund like we were told and they told us there was a restocking fee of 15%. We tried to call the district office in Gainesville--however, they never called back. So we are out 15%. What a rip off. We will NEVER EVER buy anything from them again. I do NOT recommend.
