Had apt at 11:00 came in at 10:30 now 1:06 still have not been seen will not come back
Support staff was very nice. I was treated, and all were nice, but I feel jipped. Not so much in the treatment, but I received no after care instructions, except your "xrays were fine" and here is a prescription. Use that and you'll be fine." Even though I was having difficulty walking, I was told it was ok to go to work. How would you know if I would be ok to work when you never asked my occupation? Then the ARNP tried explaining why she wasn't ordering a certain treatment, which I had already declined. There was no need to explain, but to explain it with a lie, is just insulting. I thought you were supposed to sign for receipt of some sort of discharge instructions or something. Maybe it was in the stack of papers I signed prior to being seen?I try not to go to the ER and clog the system. I try to see my physician as needed, but his first appointment is a week away.Tell me again what is the purpose of Urgent Care?
