The Boys & Girls Club of Alachua County provides a range of educational programs and services for more than 4,000 children on an annual basis. Founded in 1949, it offers after-school and summer programs in Alachua County in Florida. The nonprofit organization also conducts mentoring activities and parenting sessions. The Boys & Girls Club of Alachua County organizes drama and music activities and basketball, floor hockey and volleyball tournaments. It also operates a teen center for tutorial and career development solutions. The organization maintains a computer laboratory and library.
