Antony Merendino, DPM , earned his medical degree from BarryUniversity, School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami, FL. Hecompleted his completed residency training in podiatric surgeryat Kern Hospital for Special Surgery in Warren, Michigan.Dr. Merendino joined the faculty of the department oforthopaedics and rehabilitation at the University of Florida inNovember 2019. He has received a resource innovation awardfrom the Michener Institute for advancement in podiatricsurgical education and served as a council member of theCollege of Chiropody of Ontario. He also served ten years as aprofessor of podiatric medicine at The Michener Institute ofEducation at UHN in Toronto.Dr. Merendino initiated and helped coordinate the expansion ofthe residency program at the Hollywood Medical Center inHollywood, FL and has also given numerous lectures onpodiatric treatment.
