Gadsden Purchasing Department is a public service division of the city of Gadsden, Ala. The purchasing department is responsible for systematic procurement of goods and services for the organization. It goal is to promote local procurement spends as well as local businesses participation in a fair and competitive process to obtain goods. Gadsden Purchasing Department is a member of the Northeast Alabama Purchasing Association (NEAPA) which is an cooperative organization of municipalities, counties and other governmental agencies.
