I had decided to have an additional outside faucet (hose bib) installed, opposite my kitchen sink. After looking at a number of plumbers in the area, and getting a few quotes, I went with R&S Plumbing (owner's name is Roman). Roman arrived on time (actually, early...but called first to check if that was OK), was very nice and professional, and quickly got to work. I was shocked that in roughly an hour's time, the new outside faucet was installed, exactly as I'd wanted it. He even made a point to route the new pipe under the sink so that it wouldn't be in the way of storage (as much as possible). In short, believe the good reviews. Roman does great work at a very fair price (less than most), and is a nice guy, too. If I need plumbing work again, I'll become a repeat customer for certain.

When my water heater gave out recently I struggled to find a plumber familiar with the local codes regarding my unit (short, direct vent). Five hours into my search when I called R & S plumbing. Roman (owner) impressed me right away with knowledge on the units and related codes. It was 1 pm when I called him asking that the work be done that day. He said he would be at my house by 3 that afternoon. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and then picked up the heater and parts he needed. By 6 pm that evening the unit was professionally installed and hot water was running. Roman was very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, prompt and completed the job as promised. Clearly Roman takes pride in his work and reputation. Ill be calling him for all my future plumbing needs.
