Incorporated in 1925 and operational since 1926, Norwood Clinic is one of the largest multispecialty medical group practices in Alabama. Located in Fultondale, Ala., its specialties comprise family medicine, infectious diseases, nephrology, pathology, general surgery and wound care, to name a few. Norwood Clinic manages locations in Brookwood, Fultondale, Gardendale, Guin, Homewood and Tarrant. It has affiliations with various hospitals, including Brookwood Medical Center, Callahan Eye Foundation, Trinity Medical Center, Select Specialty Hospital, Baptist Shelby Medical Center and Lakeshore Rehabilitation Center.
