First off, the person answering the phone was terrible, then she transfered me to a dept, then I was transfered again which was not told where or to whom I was being transfered too!! Every time I go to this location (Fultondale) they are always out of what I'm going for, and wanted something delivered and the truck was broke down and would be a week before they could get to it. I miss my Trussville location. You definitely need to do something with this customer service, maybe I should work for your Fultondale location and train them in customer service.
