The breading is good and crispy, but not so crunchy that it shatters when you bite into it, and overall it is similar to the spicy choice at Popeyes and much better than the soggier KFC style. Bojangles' is basically very good fast-food fried chicken, reliable and with just enough spicy punch to make it interesting

Food was ok, staff didn't seem to understand the menu very well by the way he answered a question I asked. Our order was incorrect but I believe staff needed more training.
