I have always had a good experience when I have been at this office (for several years now). They are very accommodating in scheduling my appointments after work. I've never had to wait very long, either in the waiting room or examining room. If I get there early, sometimes I am out before my scheduled appointment time. It's much more convenient than going to the Liverpool office (which is always very busy and not so accommodating).

This office is VERY rude. They don't care about the care of the patients, just about making money. I have called my office and let hthem know of the poor service. They informed me they have heard it before and on day 3 we are still waiting for my results. Thank goodness it's only for a fracture in my arm verses something quite serious as a tumor or cancer!!!!!! DON"T GO THERE unless you want to just be a number!!!
