      I used H&R Block for the first time this year. They advertise a very low cost for filing a simple tax return, but mine was $233.00. There was nothing hard about mine, simple return. That was NOT including other fees they charged just for me coming to pick up my check there! I was also promised my check would be there on a specific date. I went that date to pick it up and it was not there and the lady said it could be another week, she didn't know- and didn't seem to care. The environment the day I was in there was awful. Workers sitting back eating Cheetos and talking loudly about their personal life and employees children running around. I'm sorry but I will never be back inside there, except to pick up my check when it does come in.
