The Women s Transitional Living Center is a community-based, nonprofit organization of men and women to seek solutions for domestic violence and human trafficking. It provides emergency shelter, legal advocacy and immigration services. The agency also offers transitional housing and children s residential programs. The Women s Transitional Living Center additionally provides case management and community outreach services for people with mental illnesses and substance abuse problems. It also offers individual, group and family counseling services. The agency conducts various training sessions on parenting and family planning, independent living skills, arts and crafts, anger management, career and self-esteem. Its children s program focuses on child development, early childhood education, curriculum planning and issues related to child abuse.
