I began researching day spas before I moved to the area. Every place had very similar services and prices. I found Sableux's website and they listed glycolic peels at $30 and $165 for a series of 6. I couldn't believe that they would offer this service for half of what the other spas in the area were charging! I made my appointment and saw Lynita this morning. She was very personable and she was able to give me a little background on the area. While she was telling me about products that would be good for my skin issues I handed the woman behind the desk my card and was prepared to make another appointment. I noticed that I was charged $65. When I asked about being charged over twice what they listed on their own website the manager apologized and explained that their website is under construction so the prices are not correct. I realize this is a pretty standard price, but they need to update their price list. I wouldn't have been shocked over a $10 difference, but this was considerably higher.

This place doesn't deserve to cut my dogs hair. I wanted a bright blonde highlight with long layers( I showed her a picture). I got Brassy, choppy hair !!! When I called to tell them I was not happy they acted as if I was crazy!!!! I told them I wanted my money back because now I had to go somewhere else to have it fixed. They told me I could have someone else in the salon fix it. I asked for their top stylist when I made the appointment. If this was what their "master stylist" could do I definitely don't want anyone else touching my hair from this salon. I am still waiting for my money. I would STAY AWAY from this salon if you like have beautiful hair.

I have gone to Sableux for about 15 years. Most of the good stylists have left because of management. They have also almost doubled their prices. I'd like to go back, but they have become too expensive for what you get. I don't like to complain so I didn't, but the last time I went I got a terrible stylist. The coloring was terrible. I know where the stylists are that quit so I suppose I should go back to them. It's too bad Sableux is falling apart. I always liked going there. The man in charge is not very nice either. He doesn't treat customers that complain very well. As mentioned, I didn't complain, but I know those who have and it's not good.

Great place for a relaxing spa experience or an amazing haircut or color. Best pedicure I've ever had! Staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommended
