Kling Painting, Inc: Rewriting my comments to be more specific after talking with the proprietor. I will still never use them again. There was and still is significant miscommunication between The Villages, myself and Kling Painting, Inc. Their work for me has been fairly high quality, if you could ever contact the right person to get it going. We wanted them to paint the complete inside before we moved in (Aug 2017) and could never get an estimate or people to return my call. Mr. Kling admitted that. Submitted out warranty repair list the last week in August. Our final coat on the outside of our house was just one coat and white undercoat spots were visible on all sides. Kling sent one technician out to look at it and he told me that it looks like it was only one coat and the whole house needed to be rolled. He came prepared only to touch-up some spots with a paint brush so I told him don't worry about it, I'll contact The Villages Warranty again and let him go. This was mid September. Finally, just today, Kling Painting, Inc came out and rerolled all sides of the house. Mr. Kling said that it didn't need it and the cost came out of his pocket. If this is true, then Kling went above and beyond. However, when Kling's agent was here I asked him (to verify) what they were going to do and he responded to roll the entire outside. THEN, proceeded to tell me that it didn't need it and they were only doing this to make me happy (big chip on shoulder). This attitude and feel is what I've always received from Kling and that is what my posts were primarily about, not the quality but the communication, professionalism and management (workers pick up leader's attitudes) issues.
