To whom it may concern about Steve owner of Fruitland Park Cafe he has died and has been dead for several years so let's not knock somebody that's not living

The owner is a dead beat dad. Steve fussell fathered a child and then went into hiding for years in order to avoid paying child support. He owes tens of thousands in back support but abandoned his child.
