I give all three stars to the employees(actually they deserve 5) My loved one was very happy there till the administration changed recently. One of the changes in service was to take the nursing home and assisted living residents, most in wheelchairs, to the downstairs dining room for lunch and dinner to join the independent living residents - in one elevator. Formerly, these folks dined in their own wing. It took all available personnel 1 1/2 hours each time to accomplish this, including nursing staff (3 hours a day out of their 8 hour shift). My loved one was so exhausted and upset by this procedure that our family ended up paying for tray service for her in her apartment. This seemed so unnecessary and a hardship on the residents when their dining room was so close to their rooms and apartments. After repeated attempts to reason with the administration, our family removed our loved one to a smaller facility where she could get more personal attention tailored to her needs.
