This is a great business with very professional employees. After the quote for the job was given, it was discovered that I had no basement drain. But true to their price guarantee, they installed a pump to carry the unit's condensate to the outside at no extra cost. It is obvious that not just anyone with HVAC qualifications is hired at this business, because the employees are uncommonly courteous and conduct themselves with impeccable professionalism. They are people that you will have no qualms about allowing into your home. And there is no hard sell. On the back of their business cards there is a code of business ethics outlined, and from my experience they take these ethics very seriously. Ryan was exemplary in getting back to us with estimates in a timely fashion. He also answered questions about the estimates promptly and knowledgeably. It has been our experience that contractors usually procrastinate on estimates and then never respond to further questions. Very frustrating - so we appreciated the quick response that enabled us to make up our minds about what could be done in the short term as well as how we could phase in mini-splits in the future. Another contractor had given us an estimate on mini-splits, telling us we needed twice as many (and costing more than twice as much), including the basement, where we know they are not needed. We appreciated Ryan's expertise, honesty, willingness to work within our budget, and attention to detail. Obviously, AireServ is interested in relationship-building, not just the short-term gain. This was by far the most professional and friendly service experience I have every had. I had an appointment with a comfort consultant within 48 hours of calling. Ken arrived on time and walked me through the process, yet respected that I had done my own research on HVAC systems. He gave me a couple of options and didn't haggle with me to spend more than I was comfortable spending. Then the install was scheduled for the same week. Andy and Neil showed up exactly on time and their team began to work immediately. It was obvious they all knew their roles and responsibilities and functioned together like a well oiled machine! After only 4 hours, my old split system was out and the new split system was in and functioning. They showed me how to program my new thermostat and answered all of my questions. It was an added bonus that they all had great personalities and seem to enjoy their work. The12 warrantee on the parts AND labor is just icing on the cake! Highly recommend!

Tyler and the crew showed up promptly as scheduled. They were all professional and courteous. I was having an old heat pump system removed and a new one installed. Even though access to the attic was only aound 2 fee by 2 feet in size I heard no complaints. It took them around 7 hours to complete the work. I was given instruction how the system worked and all questions were answered with out evasive answers. All told there were 3 or 4 others besides Tyler. The cleaned up after themselves and even tried to do a repair of one feed line to a bedroom that apparently has been disconnected for many years. My thanks to Air Serve of Bull Run and all their folks. I will recommend them to others in the future.

Chuck T was very thorough and systematic about diagnosing the problem with the Fujisu mini-split Heat pump, diagnosed it correctly, and fixed it as soon as the part came in.

Kenneth Quick was the AirServ representative that came to our house. He was very personable and professional. I was able to a price reduction of around 20% on a 16 3 ton, SEER heat pump system. The process including financing took less than 2 hours. The installation is scheduled for tomorrow. I have had AirServ come out in the pas few years and they have always been punctual and fair. I must apologize to them as I received an automated survey call, and I really hate those (and the robo voice answering systems) and hung up on it.

The service technician, Chuck T., was professional and very knowledgeable in his industry. He answered my questions regarding replacement equipment for a more efficient heating and cooling system. He was very personable and explained the service work in layman's terms. He wore shoe protectors in the building and used his vacuum to cleanup before he left. I highly recommend Aire Serv for all your heating and cooling needs.

Everything about Aire Serv impresses me. They maintain my home heating system, and when I see the thirty-points indoor check list their technicians cover, I know nothing will be accidentally overlooked. The outdoor and ductwork checks are just as complete. And the personnel, judging from ace technician Chuck Turner, are prompt, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Bottom line: It is always a pleasure doing business with professionals.
