Dr. Pfeiffer is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Texas Ophthalmology Association and the medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha. Dr. Pfeiffer is not only experienced in all areas of General Ophthalmology, but also has advanced training in eyelid, orbit, tear duct system and facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. She earned her Doctor of Medicine at the University Of Texas Medical School at Houston, where she was honored as the most outstanding student in her specialty.
