Cheaply made expensive apartments. The gate never works not enough parking places. Very rude girls in office. I will never referre someone here.

Bug..lots of BUGS. Spiders, beetles etc. Management is hateful. My patio ceiling started falling down it took them a month to fix it. They did not get my apartment ready before I moved in. Dead bugs everywhere and a broken lamp from the ceiling fan busted in the floor. I arrived with a moving truck and had to vacumn and clean up the busted glass before they could move my things in.Now they want me to sign a towing truck amendment giiving them permission to tow vehicels..even if you have a flat. Who hasn't woke up and discovered they had a flat. Now you could wake up and find your car has been towed.If you already live here...be aware of your rights..you do not have to sign this amendment according to sec.92.0131 of the Texas Renters Rights codes.
