I have been going to cycle concepts for at least five years for equipment and service for all my "toys". The owner, Jeff, Has been in business for 20 years. He takes his time and does things right. I have never had a problem with any of the service he has provided and I know I can count on him if I ever need a special part ordered. Its like having a friend in the business

I needed a tire which was special ordered. when they received the tire they called. I couldn't get there by 5 but they stayed a few extra minutes so that I could drop off the bike. they treated me the same when it was time to pick it up. Prices are good service is exceptional.
