Stay clear of this company. The girl who came out (smelled like an ash tray) the week before Thanksgiving 2014. Its the 2nd week of January and still nothing on repairing my treadmill. Charged me $90 service and I have done all of the follow up. She was to come back to my house and remove the control board to send it for repair and an 1 1/2 later no show!! Don't waste your money or time! These people are not reliable!
