Life can get extremely difficult and stressful at times. For this reason, we provide non-judgemental counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups coping with a number of problems. The focus is on identifying problems, emphasizing people's strengths, and gaining skills and insight to create desired changes. We work with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. Some topics may include depression, relationship issues, ADHD, conflict and anger management, stress management, grief and loss, self worth and self-image issues, fears, psychological disorders, and coping with change or health concerns. We are knowledgeable in a number of therapy techniques and methods, which help us to individualize treatment to your specific needs.
