- OrthodonticsDr. Montalvo attended the University of Colorado – Boulder as an undergraduate. He then earned his Doctorate in Medical Dentistry from Midwestern University – Arizona where he graduated with Honors from the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental society. Having grown up in Colorado, he returned to attend the University of Colorado – Anschutz where he received his certificate in Orthodontics and Master of Science in Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontics.
