I will always bring my car in for service here, because of the great service, and the fact that I am always treated with respect. Today the woman in charge was Katie Van Riper, and she was wonderful. She knew what she was talking about, and was very nice to talk to. The mechanic was very nice and did a wonderful job. Sear's stand behind their products and work, 100%.

There are horrible and lazy employees that work in the shoe section. I asked for them to go see if they had a certain shoe size for a type of shoe that I wanted and this lady that was working there seemed like she didn't want to help me and gave me attitude. After that I asked for another certain size for a different shoe and she was just standing there talking to some other employee. When I asked I was directly looking at the lady that gave me attitude and she was just standing there all quietly, so the other employee jumped in and then pretended to search the shelf and said "oh we don't have it" and I asked her to check the place where they kept all the stocks of the shoes at and she was just like "oh there's nothing in there this is all we have left" so I got smart and said "well I passed by and sure did see a lot of shoes" and she just laughed and smiled n was like "I'm sorry it's empty" with an attitude, like seriously? How lazy and rude can these employees be? I absolutely hate going into that sears. It's also unorganized in the shoe section. Stop being lazy and get rid of the attitude.
