This has been the worst buying experience I have ever had. I never thought buying bedroom furniture would be this difficult. The salesperson did not verify stock numbers so when the furniture was delivered half of the order was wrong - it was furniture we had never seen before. After 5 attempts to correct the salespersons mistakes it still isn't right. When asking about how to just return the furniture no one seems to know the return policy or will help us. So after almost 2 months of this we are still dealing with an incompetent salesperson, management who avoids dealing with customer problems and customer service who is not helpful. Please spare yourself the headache of dealing with this store and this company, the frustration is not worth it

There have now been 5 attempts to correct the salesperson's mistake and it's still not right. When asking about the return policy no one seems to know it or will help me. When a delivery is wrong you have to wait 48 hours before scheduling another delivery date. Please spare yourself the agony of buying from this store. The frustration is not worth it.
