My true rating for this store is LESS THAN ZERO!!!!! I received a leather Pandora bracelet as a gift for Christmas and it wasn't quite as big as I would like so I called the Pandora Baybrook Mall store to see if I could exchange my bracelet for a larger size. I don't know who I spoke with but she had this little kids voice and told me she wasn't sure if they could except the exchange because my Pandora bracelet was ordered from a certified Pandora store online. My advice to the Management of the Pandora store Baybrook Mall, Tx Go online and look at the stores that are certified to SELL Pandora Jewery before you tell someone that Pandora doesn't sell jewelry online. To the kid that gave me erroneous information do your homework before spouting off junk!!!! It makes you look like an idiot!

Unfortunately, I don't live close to any Pandora stores that have the COMPLETE line, except for this Pandora store in Baybrook Mall. It is an official Pandora store and well-stocked. However, I cringe every time I walk in there because most of the workers are SO rude. No one seems want to help even if I'm the only person in the store! They just stand around. I'm not one of those that "browse" either. Everytime I go in there, I spend a minimum of $400. Last time I asked for a catalog. Two workers (in unison) said, "We don't have any (when I could see a pile of them in the back). One employee named "Bre(e)" was helpful, though. I don't know how much one has to spend in order to qualify for a catalog, but my $400 wasn't enough apparently. The rudest employee is this pregnant woman that works there. She just glares at us when we are looking at pieces and being helped. Even my husband commented on how rude the workers are at this store, and asked what there problem was.
