I typically complete appraisals within 24 business hours after the inspection of the property. I also make efforts to contact clients before I inspect properties if I anticipate problems. I appraise single family residences, small income properties, vacant parcels of land for purchases, refinances, second mortgages, divorce, bankruptcy, foreclosure, REO (bank owned properties), condominiums, desktop reviews, drive-by?s and many more. Fee?s are typically $350.00 to $500.00 depending on the complexity and distance of appraisal. Counties Covered in California: Fresno, Madera, Tulare, Kern and Kings.
