This company is great they had fixed my refrigerator that had been broken for at least couple of weeks. I have called other companys to fix this problem but they could not fix it, but this company had fixed it right away. Also it have really great service and two nice lovely gentleman.

great and fast service, couldn't ask for a better company to go out to my house to fix my washer. i also gave my mom their number because she was having a problem with her refrigerator, she also told me lots of good stuff about them. our family will for now use them thanks

I do not recommend SNL Appliance Repair, nor will I be using their services in the future. Although they were prompt in making a service call to repair my tenants leaking refrigerator, they misdiagnosed the problem, could not and did not fix the problem and still charged me the $50.00 service call. They also accused my tenant of pouring water in the pan of the refrigerator causing the water overflow problem...ridiculous and unprofessional. They refunded me the money for the part they replaced but would not refund the service call even though they were not able to correct the issue. Knowing the importance of good customer service, I would have refunded my customer the entire balance in hopes that they would use my services or pass along a referral in the future...apparently, SNL Appliance Repair has not learned the value of good customer service. Being greedy over $50.00 has cost them many customers and dollars in the future.

excellent customer service, called in the morning and they were out in the afternoon, fixed within 30 min. So happy!

I've tried this customer and the offer the very best service. They really fixed my microwave and it didn't cost that much. I recommend them to anyone.
