Señor Ají is a complimentary mingling of Peruvian cuisine in a simple but easy menu, Peru has long had spectacularly original and varied cuisine, influenced by Italian, Chinese, Japanese, and, of course, Spanish traditions (by the way some those foods are the preference in Fresno), blended with techniques and flavors of indigenous food.
