Ended up staying here because the hotel I had booked a room lost my reservation. Was immediately accommodated and was treated much better than the hotel I was supposed to stay at. I will stay here next time I'm in Fresno.

Super nice place to stay. They have air conditioning! Nice size room, LCD TV, frig, microwave, comfortable bed, nice pool area and a super restaurant. Very friendly staff.

i stayed here two days. its amazing neat and clean beds , new styles things like painting and decoration and service is so good , Quality food provide, nice behavior and very cooperative servants .... whatever i enjoyed too much with my friend .. In the end i wanna thanks Ashlan Inn Fresno Hotel.

We had a lovely stay here - and were upgraded on arrival which was an added bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was good and the cleanliness was of a very high standard. The hotel is in a perfect location - far enough away from the center of the town to be very peaceful yet near enough to get anywhere easily. The views are unbelievably beautiful and it is well worth taking a ferry trip up / down the lake. The only slight drawback was wi-fi access which was patchy and unpredictable. We did not take advantage of either the fitness center or the swimming pool - given the standard of the meals, we probably should have done!

i enjoy last night here i like that room. clean and nice. i Stayed there for just one night. all there service is good. but my room was in north. i like south. i will go there again when i got time for travel... Thanks

Stayed here a month ago and was vry satisfied with the amenities, Great pool, free wifi, and a restaurant right next door.

Booked a room for a week and was extremely happy with what I got out of it. The staff was readily accessible even at 4:00 in the morning.

Air conditioning went out in car and we needed a place to spend the night while it was repaired. This hotel fit that bill. The room was nice and cool and clean, I'm confused about the other reviews I see on here, perhaps they were thinking this is supposed to be a luxury hotel? The wifi did not work so well, but kicking back and relaxing to a movie was great. There is a restaurant next door that is apparently voted best of Fresno and once you visit, you'll see why, it literally made my bad day fabulous. The desk clerk was also super friendly and helpful and tried to reset the wifi for us.

This was my second trip to fresno five hotels laters and man i wish i would have found this place first.I thought great location my three year old one year old my two teens played outside in the pool ,they had a great time my children were save no drug addicts hangin around the rooms were very very clean the the staff especially the woman who checked us in was very very nice helpful accomodating a plesure to talk to man i did not want to leave .we left our door open at night it was peaceful the veiw of the motel was a pleasure to look at ,7 eleven in the parking lot resturant on property with excellent food,the bed was like sleeping on a marshmallow ,and not to mention an hour away from yosemite ive already made reservation for next month...and lots of stuff up the street if you need to get any extra or just walk...and the other man who works there was a pleasure as well to talk to man..where and why are they hiding this hotel i thought and the price was ...I was ok with it ..Great pla

Had good time. Nothing special, I had good comfortable room good Restaurant and peaceful stay. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The restaurant next door is really good especially the complimentary breakfast in the morning.

Older property but definetly worth stayin here. Very impressed with the staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping. Always greeted us with a smile. Rooms were in mint condition. Too bad we wont be back in Fresno for a long time, but now we know where to stay when traveling to Fresno.

This hotel is close to Fresno City College, we chose this hotel because it is near the college and it is a nice location, since my son had a Tennis tournament next day, this was perfect for us. When we arrived - My son went for the practice and we enjoyed the pool-It was so nice of the front desk staff to go to Quiznos to get our food that we had ordered since, my son took the car. The staff is awesome!

This was my first time to U.S. I was really happy to see staff who was foreiner friendly. I don't speak much English but regardless the staff tried to help me as much as possible. And I do apreciate their help.
