  Rats are one of the most disgusting and troublesome pests in our area. They climb trees and wires to get in our attics, crawl through amazingly small cracks and crevices, eat all kinds of things, and leave behind a nasty mess.
• Squirrels

  Gophers and Ground Squirrels are very hard to control, especially if you want to avoid the use of baits, dangerous fumigants, or brutal traps. Gophers and Ground Squirrels damage your landscape, create holes where water can wash out embankments, and create places for people and domestic animals to break an ankle. Ground Squirrels carry fleas and sometimes diseases.
