Our company provides: *Structural and civil engineering consulting services to numerous contractors, architects, designers, and private clients throughout California. *Forensic / investigative services to the Insurance and Real Estate industries in Fresno, Madera, Tulare, Kings, and Kern Counties. The company founder, Mr. Esteban Pauli, P.E., comes from a strong construction background. His experience with a family contracting business gives him a deep understanding of the industry and its needs. Sound engineering designs, cost effectiveness, and proper scheduling are our ultimate professional goals.
