      He advertises 'we pay top dollar' everywhere. I was offered 50%. In a very rude way. Wouldn't even negotiate said 'go somewhere else' and turned around. I did go somewhere else, right down the street. And got offered 75%. Top dollar huh?Don't waste your time, this guy will just try to rip you off.
