Phil told me that he will fix the problem on my Malibu for $255, but the problem was still there. Then, he said that it will be fixed for another $900. I asked for a refund, and he said, "No, and I'm through talking about this!" He wouldn't listen by interrupting and hung up on me. This sort of professionalism forced me to seek help from the BAR and small claims court. Philip is a shrewd man and can't admit when he makes a wrong diagnosis.
