"When my husband and I finally decided that we were going to go through with filing for bankruptcy, we didn't know where to start. We looked through the yellow pages and found an attorney that was close by. We had an appointment with him which he disclosed how much his fees were going to be and how much he needed up front to start handling our case. We paid him the fee to start the process and he was to help eliminate the collection calls but it seemed like after we paid him the fee, we could never get a hold of him. We were very frustrated and lost on how to proceed with filing for bankruptcy. A family member of ours connected us with Jamie whom was very thorough in explaining the process to us and what the different types of bankruptcy filings were. When Jamie signed on with us to take our case, she was always available for questions and there were no "Stupid" questions. Her staff was very friendly as well and helped speed the process along for us. Jamie was able to help us meet the requirements to file for a chapter 7 which was a huge relief for us. Filing for bankruptcy was very stressful but with Jamie by our side, we were able to keep our sanity. We want to thank Jamie and her staff for a job well done.
